Our Policies

APPOINTMENT POLICY Your doctor will discuss your treatment plan with you during your second visit to our office. Multiple appointments will be scheduled for your convenience. This procedure minimizes waiting and helps to facilitate incorporating these appointments into your daily routine. Regardless of how many appointments are scheduled for you each week, please note that it is the frequency of visits that is important and not the sequence of days scheduled. If you are unable to keep an appointment for any reason, we ask that you call our office in a timely fashion to reschedule. Your doctor expects missed appointments to be rescheduled to maintain the care plan that will benefit your spinal health and overall wellness. Please sign in at the Front Desk when entering the office. We attempt to honor all appointments at the scheduled time, however if you are late you may have to wait for the next available appointment. As well, if you are exceptionally early there may also be a wait, as other patients are scheduled before you.

MASSAGE CANCELLATION POLICY We require 24 hours advance notice when you need to cancel your massage appointment or you will incur a $25 fee.

FINANCIAL POLICY As a courtesy to our patients, our office will submit services rendered to your insurance carrier. You, the patient, are responsible for insurance deductibles, co-insurance or co-payments on the date of service. We can arrange for a payment to be made at the beginning of each week for your convenience. Your balance may not exceed $50.00 at any time. Returned checks and balances over 30 days may be subject to additional collection fees and interest charges of 1½% per month.

Our desire is to make your visits to our office the most effective, efficient, enjoyable health care experience you could have on the “road back to your health.”
